By creating an account or using Boswell ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Boswell is operated by Steve Krontz ("we," "us") based in Atlanta, Georgia. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Boswell is a persistent memory and continuity infrastructure layer for AI systems. It stores structured memories, decisions, and context on behalf of users and their AI agents. The Service is accessed via MCP tools, API, and web interfaces.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own your data. We store memories, commits, and configuration you create through the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in separate agreements.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boswell is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
